Mental Health Plan: Connection 1 - According to many articles, sleep can help someone's mental health drastically, sleep is energy to the brain. Connection 2 - Another article shows that our brain's need outdoors, for example say you are locked up in your room for a while doing a bunch of work, getting outside can relief stress from your brain. Connection 3 - Reading books helps a lot, especially books about some things that you are learning about in school or college can improve your understanding about what you are learning in your subjects, or even just stress reliefers. Physical Health Plan: Connection 1 - Again getting sleep, getting sleep is important. Sleep is energy and a solution to almost everything. Connection 2 - Take multivitamin supplements, taking food that have multiple vitamin supplements helps your physical health a lot, because being healthy is all what your physical health is about. Connection 3 - Start exercising more, I already exercise, I go to the gym Thursday through Sunday but I should start exercising at home, when I can't go to the gym I'm just gonna do some push ups and/or sit ups, and just commit to a weekly workout routine.
