Develop 15 different plans/ideas to address different aspects of your mental health:
1. Get more sleep because every time I am feeling horrible I usually get around 3 or 4 hours of sleep and I am supposed to get 8 or 9 hours of sleep.
2. Start hanging out with people that I like and not toxic rude people, of course I don't want super nice friends but I don't want just negative people around me at all times, because they bring my mood down.
3. Travel, traveling boosts my mental health, a change of scenery boosts my mental health and makes me more positive mentally.
4. Learn new skills, like learning a new instrument, or even learning a new language, which I am currently doing (learning Spanish). Learning a new instrument expands my horizon when it comes to meeting people, like if I learn more Spanish I can talk to people and meet friends who only speak Spanish.
5. Start maintaining a healthier diet so I can be healthier in general but mostly mentally.
6. Start eating more food in general as well, because I honestly don't eat a lot and when you don't eat a lot you feel horrible and less energized because food is energy for your brain.
7. Do activities that I enjoy and have fun doing, and try to do these activities with people I like hanging out with.
8. Stay active and getting physical exercise to help with getting healthier.
9. Care for others, caring for others somehow brings up your mental health, so start treating others amazingly if your mental health is horrible, and do it general as well.
10. Go to events with friends or family, going to do fun things with the people I love brings up my mood a lot, and makes my mental health amazingly better.
11. Go outside, by going outside it brings up my mental health a lot, I walk to school and walk home, and that brings up my mental health a lot, like seeing the trees and the grass, honestly it's pretty nice.
12. Take care of myself in general, make myself happy, because honestly you should put your mental health first over anything, unless you have things you absolutely NEED to do but of course mental health should be before being glued to your phone.
13. Read books, this is like a last resolution for me because I don't like reading that much, but reading some books boosts my mental health a lot.
14. Reach out to others that you care about and that care about you and try to seek for them to help you.
15. If all else fails, go to therapy if you are just never happy, go to seek mental profession help to identify if you have depression or not.
