Develop 15 different plans/ideas to address different aspects of your physical health. 1. Get plenty of sleep because sleep can help your physical health drastically.
2. Drink plenty of water, water is the best, I honestly should have put this at one on these fifteen plans, everyone should drink water EVERY single day.
3. Avoid tobacco when I am older, the worst thing you need is literally black lungs, there's some people out there that are like 25 that have horrible lungs, you don't need lungs that look 225 years old at the age of 25, no thanks.
4. Take multivitamin supplements, like almost any fruit, a lot of fruits and vegetables have a lot of multivitamin supplements, having a lot of vitamins in you is amazing, there's even some vitamins that you need daily, especially a growing teen, having vitamins daily is important when growing up.
5. Reduce Screen and Sitting time, being on the couch or in your bed just on your phone all day is not healthy for your mental and physical health, don't get me wrong, being on your phone and getting information about things are good but it's not good if you are on your phone 10 hours a day.
6. Measure and watch your weight to make sure you aren't gaining weight and even losing weight for no reason (definitely see a doctor if you are losing weight by doing everything you do everyday, unless you are exercising or on a diet).
7. Increase your fruit and vegetable intake, so you can eat healthier than you currently are if you are eating horribly, starting with fruit and vegetables with your diet is great way to start it off.
8. Workout, working out for me helps me take my mind off of things, like say I have a lot on my mind, I'll life weights or run on the treadmill to take my mind off of things.
9. Keep my mind as occupied as I can at all times because keeping your mind occupied at all times can improve your physical and mental health drastically.
10. Try to socialize with people you like, I personally don't like meeting new people a lot but hanging out with people I know and people I am friends with helps improve my physical health a lot.
11. Try to keep the hippocampus as healthy as possible, or at least try to keep your a couple of organs as healthy at all times, if one organ is unhealthy and the others are healthy then you are just gonna feel horrible.
12. Reduce injury of course, you don't want broken bones and opened wounds, that's horrible, but injury lower your physical health a lot.
13. Try to lose your stored fat as much as possible.
14. Flexibility, I don't really like doing this because I'm not that patient, but basically stretching and meditating.
15. If all else fails, go to therapy, talking to someone about your physical health problems helps your physical health improve a lot.
